I deleted my most recent comment as I got updates today. I called CIC because today is 30 days from the day of the FPs letter. The agent got back to me that they recived it on Jan 18th though I had done them on Jan the 4th and it was sent electronically. Will keep you posted for further updates

I live in Vancouver Island, got notification on ECAS about a request mailed to me on Dec 24th, got the letter on Jan 03 to do FPs which was done on Jan 04th. Apparently we are the slowest province compared to the rest, I will call CIC maybe next week if I don't receive anything or see changes...
