You can mail it in but if you can get to the office it is quicker. I think you still have to leave then re-enter Canada though to complete the PR.

Can I still work once I have done everything at Buffalo and "Landed" on the way to Toronto? Or do I need to wait for the PR card? I will be flying back to Calgary that evening, but it is a very late flight so I hope I can make it. Thanks for your help.
