Does the employer need to apply in Service Canada for the extension of the LMO? Or the employer can directly advise the embassy to extend the validity of the LMO w/o informing service canada?

BCguy, My cousin already passed the nursing board exam immediately after his graduation last year...How can he apply there in BC? DO you know some agency there?

Solowista, yap i did send my application documents by DHL courier, and yes Oct. 2008. That was my point solowista, that acknowledge receipt(with file number) from abu dhabi, they didnt emailed or inform me that they received my documents...
