I think what happens is when the file reach VO cairo, they just sit sumwhere in a pile without anyone opening it. Then when they finally open your file and enter it into the system, then thats when we see update on the CIC web saying file recieved. Then after a while they start processing it...

Your right the DMP sends the Medical results directly,, But what they are asking us to resend is not the medical it is the finger prints. Just like the medical they also need an updated criminal record, thats what we send to them which they lost. Thx again I appreciate ur help
