hello, my mother has a valid canadian travel visa, she is planning on getting a US visa stamped from India now. If she gets the US visa , will she be allowed to enter the US from Canada (she will be entering usa for the first time) . please any advice would be appreciated.

hey americandesi, they would have sent you a kit with the documents to be filled up. just fill them up, send all the forms scanned , scanned copy of ur childs passport, scanned copy of childs birth cert to the e mail. i also sent a hard copy of the documents and 5 photos to them via courier...

hello all, i left canada on 4th of oct 2012. I have received my T4 and i am currently in India. I would like to file my taxes, could someone please guide me how to go about doing it from India. I know we can do it online, but i am sure on the procedure and the revenue agency website didnt help...
