Hi! New to the forum but in a similar boat as the O.P...sorry to hijack the thread! Have resided here in Seoul for a very long time, our p.r file started either in July or August(ecas reads accepted in MID July 2011-but letter from Seoul is dated MID August 2011) The embassy hasn't returned...
