Yes jes_ON, realized that as well, the case specific only works with Buffalo and not Ottawa, so yeah only email replies is all that works with CPP-O for the moment. Got a pretty fast response from Buffalo :) palmed of the case to CPP-O this is what they replied in GREEN, what do you suggest...

Another query regarding letters, do they need to be up to date, cause I have experience letters issued as on the day of leaving my previous company.... so in my case I have letters issued as on 2010... would it matter ? cause my previous company folks would not issue a letter a later point ...
