It was changed early May or late April 2012. But my other friend who filed sponsorship application in July 2011, got PPR email for his wife on 1 August 2012. His Ecas was changed into "in process" on 28 April 2012.

The new processing time made me really disappointed. My timeline is pretty close to both of you as well. I hope we get our PPR very sooner than we expected. All the paper files have been physically moved to Ankara from Damascus. Don't trust the immigration consultants who usually don't know anything! How a CIC officer can do further checking and processing a file without having the documents and signatures of the applicant and sponsor!
