Does not matter how many days you are present in the year you apply for citizenship. 183 days is any of those four years with in last six years.
if you qualify in april 2016, you can still apply if you are present in canada for 183 days minimum in the years 2015, 2014. 2013. 2012..
Its true. you are presenting a strong case , when your parents apply with an invitation letter. I dont know your money value. if it was me, I would pay that 200 for invitation letter.
i dont know if you are worried more about that 630$ or just pissed off because you need to prepare another application, if its the money, then i think you can use the same receipt for another application and its valid for a year i think !!
it depends on how early the date you mentioned. if its just a month early then it should not matter. They go by one year or two years study period. but if its a year early then you need to let them know.
for your own peace , you can do so . It does not make much difference. I sent it through normal courier . every thing was fine.
I hope you will be including a line "case processing centre-sydney-grant adults" before that address !!
best of luck
sometimes they take their own time in processing applications for the reason only god knows. did you get AOR on your application? you can try calling their call center see if you can get any information on your passport. sometimes the online status stays in process even though your application...
looks like you are running out of time, if you still not received your LOA. which college did you apply. you could always call them and ask about your letter. best bet would be choosing may intake and you should not worry about gap since you cant do anything about it.
ask your sister to find an immigration lawyer either where she lives now or in canada. when you apply for first time , its always better to go through a lawyer. they will charge you money but its worth paying for. if you need any help contact me. i live in canada
you could do that, but you will have to apply for your study permit again to modify your institution and course of study. i dont think you want to take that risk.
