Thaks Leon, Newyorker and sisifo, one more thing about the IELTS, is it true that if you sit for the test and you don't get the required marks, you can do the test again after only three months. that is what I know from the British council in here (where I stay).

How does the IELT works, to get 16 points from the english Language, do I need to score 7 in each catergory i.e reading.7.wrting 7..Listening 7..speaking 7. or do I need to get an average 7 wich means I can score 6.5, 7.5, 6 8 = 28/4=7. Please help.
