Dear Rajesh In my knowledge and personal expereince if decision has been made on ecas before medical, its means rejection, its my experience, can u also share which documents chc ask u on this stage and giving u 60 day time. please share this information as it helps others as well

wht my suggestion is send all fresh forms and correct all the mistakes u did before and ur appliation

no further request just send u the rejection letter with his/her assissment and all ur original docs no further request i m affraid, decision made before medical is definitely a rejection

Dear Strong, i think now chcs are very strickt to 120 days policy as they have already been refused my application even though visa office already recieved updated documents on 120th day of the updated letter, try ur luck, write them and ask for extension and try to gather as much docs as u can...

I m affraid it is not a good sign, if it is the updation of 120 days then visa officer might havent not setisfied with ur updated docs or visa officer has made the decision on ur file which was not positive, u will get a decision in a week or so
