Hello Kelsey, Yes the number is of Canada Trade but if you chose the correct option it will be routed to CIC (Options are 1,2,1,2). if you dont have the Client ID, do not provide anything when prompted two time and then will forward it to an agent to support you! Good Luck! Ahmed
