hi everyone just wanna ask cause i phoned CIC last nyt and found out my OPW was approved DEC 4 2011 how come i haven't received any letter yet?what is pilot project?is it bad that 2011 applicant received thr OPW fast?i waited 9 months to get approved...

called the CIC hotline 9pm today we received ur papers March 1,2011 and work permit has been approved December 4,2011!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GOD is so GOOD!! "sa tanan bisaya hulati lang muabot lng na tawagi lng permi CIC hotline!!"

im also waiting for 8 months now...no receipt but received update form last august...

are you in Canada or still in the Philippines?are you done with the assessment?assessment is done by CNO if your qualified to take the CRNE..

Hi everyone...can anyone help me?because i passed my papers last march and i know the processing time now takes too long so i don't know when will i receive my opw..im leaving my current employer this end of November i don't know if its good idea cause im too tired working for them i don't have...

not sure about this bad news i just talked to my friend she's still waiting for her OWP its been 16 months i guess..she called the CIC last week according to her they have new memo that the processing now for OP is 17-18 then for PR u have to wait 16 months agaIN..not sure just wanted to share..

Yah it's fine.but the only problem is you cannot apply an Ei if you quit your job.and you have no income at all. Oh ok...thank you..but is it true that if you apply for IE it might affect you someday if you have plans in getting/sponsor someone?
