once your application is delivered to their office you will be provided with a file number within a month. be patient.

You are right. But in case of tocanadanow.....he had applied under noc 1111, i think. he is an accountant. financial auditors and accountants are listed under noc 1111, which is under pressure in alberta, not sure why his case was denied.
