    Hi Mitali, I have read the instructions carefully, just wanted to confirm if it is written as copies does it mean that I would need to notarize them or is it a photo copy. Thanks for your help. Rgds, SG

    just getting to know the forms - except form 1 all the others have to be hand written or typed.

    All documents - which means even copies of the passport pages which indicates travel. Also employment certficate/ bank statement as well, please clarify.
