So, I already paid the 75 and 475 fees. I am assuming the 75 is the processing fee for the sponsor and the 475 fee is for the person being sponsored--correct? And then the 490 is an additional fee?

So is it 75 + 475 + 490 = 1040 Reason I am confused is because the guide http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/3900ETOC.asp#pay-fee doesn't really make it explicit as to whether or not the 475 has to be paid for the principal applicant.
