Guys I've a query 1. All my education is in english as medium of communication also the communication in company is also in english. Do I've to take up IELTS? or should I've to submit any document as proof?

i don't think CSQ requires a IELTS. If possible provide them a letter stating all your means of communication (in work place), your medium of education is in English. I believe that would be sufficient.
