On ecas, when you log in.... you have beside your fulll name Permanent Resident Card Application Status. It,s written dacision made. And you have to click on decision made to see the details AOR etc... It was confirmed by phone. The process is finish for me. But I know sometimes it's still in...

Maybe they tell you that because in the automatic phone system the message is : they are processing the files received before the 29 April. Maybe that's why they refuse to send a request before next week.

You should recall them. The regular processing time is 98 days as written in their website. I will recall them this afternoon.
