Yea CIC forms and AINP form both ask that question... and the candidate must declare in AINP form for sure... i can say this from my experience... i overlooked that IMMGen008 question but in AINP form I clearly mentioned that I had applied for FSW in Jun 08 and had not recieved AOR yet...

You dont need to mail photos for AINP. It is only after you recieve nomination and apply to CIC, photos need to be sent.

I really appreciate you sharing that ... I have been seeing mixed dealings with stapling lately ... AINP forms are not the only one but even recently my employer sent me renewed H1B papers stapled including the original Notice of Action :) Post stapling I also stuck small postit tags on them...

jpadz, yes i did attach a sheet for personal history with a table similar to one in ABPNP003 (Q.6.b). I also had attach a similar work history sheet for CIC form - Schedule 1 IMM 0008 E.

akk, my 2 cents... you can ask your employer for employment letter for personal reasons. if you have the copy of letter which employer wrote USCIS at time of filing H1B should also be sufficient, any ways employee offer letter, paystubs are sufficient proof and should work.... May be other...

F1, B1 rejection should not cause any issues with Canada immigration unless there some serious reasons.
