hello! my category also is 3131 i submitted last year but my application was returned due to cap reached. when you submitted your application which bank did you get your draft from? POSB? are you singaporean? did you submit police certificate as well?

My Fee payment method is through BD :) I still haven't checked with my bank yet. But based on the spreadsheet, i noticed it usually takes around after a month or so.
