I made an error - I meant a PR application filed in 06/2008 as skilled worker under NOC 0412 - is this a favorable catagory or could this be sent back without action based on what we know?

So what does this mean for an application that was filed under NOC 0412 in June2007 ? Is this a favorable catagory or one that will be sent back?
