WHY CHC ISLAMABD TAKE A LOT OF TIME, IF THEY NEVER WANT TO GRANT A STUDY VISA? :(

I submitted my application in 29 august 2011. But no response. My passport will expire on 12 feb 2012.

yaar bus wrong information ki waja sy. ab mai ielts ker lon? and third time mai mai colg or uni mai apply ker skta hon?

2nd time apply. i will receive my documents after 10 days because chc already taken 9 weeks. first time rejection reasons:> 1-officer is not satisfied about i will come back to my home country after study. 2-your past study is not relevent to the study u will do in canada.

No ielts 20 lac bank statment (kuwait) matric + i.com + autocad(3months) experience letter (2 years) of school (small data entry accountant) family tree from nadra First time experience letter was not attached but 2nd time sent this with all docs.

2 TIME REJECTION FROM STUDY VISA OF CANADA STOUFFVILLE COLLEGE. CAN I WILL CHANGE COLLEGE AND PROGRAM OF STUDY WHEN I WILL APPLY 3RD TIME?

No response after 38 days. they contact me or not for new LOA bec i was resubmit my file via OLD LOA(SEP INTAKE) for jan 2012 intake.

>:(After 15 days not any response from CHC islamabad. :( OLD LOA already expired on 5 september.And i replied my application on 29 August with old Loa. Can they contact me for extension or new LOA?
