Thanks for your response Bryanna. Applied after a gap of 1 year since last refusal. The last refusal for the regular visit visa had mentioned "you may want to consider applying for the supervisa". I hope it gets approved. I don't really have anything to prove her ties to back home. Thanks again.

Hi Nectar, your information sounds accurate!! I am new to this thread and have am a FSW July 2007 applicant. Medicals have been done in Jan 2011 but no response yet. Do you think I should be getting the PR request anytime soon?
