Los Angeles - Canadian consulate - in person/by mail - is there a difference?
I am in the US on H1-B and want to visit Canada on a TRV. Does anyone know whether the Canadian consulate (in LA) provides 2 day processing time when applied in person for a TRV? Or is there no difference to applying in person or through mail?
