Your AOR suppose to come to postal address. BIQ HK take 1 to 2 months to send AOR. Like mine, may be post office return your AOR. Write email to HK website and ask for status. They will tell you about AOR. I send my application on 07 Sep 2011 from dubai and received AOR on 22 October 2011.
