    I am Quebec Investor class applicant. I applied at CHC Islamabad in first quarter of 2009. My case transferred to London on 27, Jan 2011. But no reply from CHC yet. The CIC mentioned timeline CHC London for Quebec Investor is 13 months. Almost 7 months have passed but no progress. :( :( :(
