i sent my application august 15,2011 and haven't seen anything if they have received my application yet or still too early for me to check? im just wondering if they received it already.

does anyone here fill up the application form already and suddenly showed that as of july 18 2011,need to change..do we need to change all the form or just the IMM0008? and i used my husbands last name when i filled up but in my passport still my last name when i was still single..i dont know...
