I dont know about AB, for BC my hubby applied with aip letter (first stage approval), we called msp today, they said he has to be in BC at least one yr. For prescription drugs my employer covered medical, he got from my part. So check ur province and ur company first

Ya I know, when we received DM, I almost checked all the past Vancouver landing interview, all were pretty fast. We called CiC earlier this week and were told still nothing come up yet. Three months timeline for van.. But luckily my husband got msp card today.

Hi we are currently in Vancouver and my hubby got DM since Aug 22, no landing interview letter yet. Called in last friday, CIC said van usually takes 3 months..so depressed..:( Wish it could be fast!

I did change my job after we submitted the application (need more money for sponsoring the family) but I did not inform CIC the change because we were told that CIC does not require salary for spouse sponsor. But last year we submitted the application, I did give the current employment letter...
