Hi there! I have applied for the LMO 5 weeks ago and it is still being processed. My current work visa will be up on June 16th coming. Can I get an extension on my Visa if I have not got my LMO by June 16th? Any comments welcome, thank you.

Hi Guys, I was told that you can be granted a TWP thru the LMO for up to 2 years. I have lloked at the LMO application form with my employer and we cannot find how you ask for two years.....or is at the discretion of HRSDC?? Thank you for any help!
