My application received on 24th October 2011.......... did i fall into CAP? Wooorrieeeed..................

I have sent the application on Oct 17... Fedex shows it will be delivered on 24th Oct.. Can anyone tell the possibility of my application fall into CAP? (as of 18 oct CAP is 320)
