Hey all well its nearly over for me too! Tomorrow we go to Montana for a long weekend of shopping, and, on the way back I'll be landing. Thanks so much for everything - I don't anicipate any issues at all but I'll let y'all know when it's a done deal ;)

I got my COPR today 8) 8) hopefully if hubby is't called back to work we will be taking a lovely 4 day break over to Montana and I will return monday as a permanent resident :)

This is pretty much how mine was too, so i'd also concur that Decision Made on Ecas is a kickback from the ppr. They've had my emailed passport for a week so i'm hoping another 3 and COPR will be on the doorstep :)

Hi all I finally got my official PPR yesterday ;D ;D When I say official, I mean tha last week I got an email in reply to one i'd sent to Ottawa (you the standard "please tell me what the hells going on!!!!) which said "They are ready to finalise your application and will be requesting copies...

Well holy moly, it's 3am in deepest darkest Alberta (can't sleep) and I got an email from Ecas tracker (didn't think that was working) about 20 mins ago, to say Ecas has been updated stating 'medical results have been recieved' :o. Is this thing nearing an end 8)

You and I have very similar timescales and I had my MP contact CIC last year. The MP then contacted me and said the same - ie "they are conducting background checks" however It was a couple days later that I got an email from CIC asking for further info. I would hold on for a while as your MP...

lol yes, I have visions of all of us constantly checking! I do remember reading somewhere that it was only updated on tuesdays??? Is that still the case or are we all just clinging to the hope that someone at CIC might be looking at our file!!!!

nope it's never shown medicals recieved (even the ones that were sent in with the orogonal app) it just says "in process" and "we started processing your application on 6th Jan 2012. The only reason I know that they have the second lot they requested is because I called the call centre and they...

hahaha I'm the same - throwing to the dogs anything that arrives in a white envelope and rabidly pouncing on the brown ones. The last brown envelope disappointment was our new insurance documents that arrived last week. >:(

You're telling me it's confusing ;) No ppr yet, although if you stick your head out of a window from now until sometime in the future, you should hear the scream of joy and relief when it does come :) Thanks for the add. xx (edited to add that looks about right!)
