With Inland ofcourse no one can stop u from leaving but they can prevent u from coming back!! If u are blocked from re-entering Canada,U automatically forfeit your inland application.!!I doubt if its a risk u wonna try.

Any ideas, Today for first time was able to log E-cas. My sponsorship app received 19th Aug. It says 'in process'. Most people in this forum have had a decision made same day as start of processing. Does this depict some issues on my application? Any inputs welcome.

Hi there, Barring any mistake in updating E-cas(it has happened to some people in this forum), a decision made b4 medicals cannot be a positive decision. You need to contact CIC to find out the exact situation. Best of luck

From the foregoing it seems a decison was made even before u did medicals in which case it cannot be a positive decision as only after medicals and final background checks can they make final decision. i suggest you call and/or e-mail them to find out the facts of your matter. all the best

Hi there, Did u receive the Initial Assessment letter ever?Or is this the first thing u see since u applied? Only with than info can somebody deduce but generally if the decision made is before the initial assesment not a good sign but if after medicals then a v good sign.
