    passport and police certificate issue

    hi!! my passport was accidentally folded on the laminated part, but not torn or damaged. The folded markings were there. Is this still ok once i got my PPR??? Im scared the embassy might reject my passport because of this. Thanks for your help. Hope anyone can answer my question..

    i have myoma, polycystic ovaries and untreated gall bladder stones, will it be ok not to declare them? since it is not communicable.. thanks!! please help, i'm super confused..i'm afraid that i may not be able to get a visa because of my illnesses.. :(
