Well, I just saw this at the very bottom of step-9 on the CIC's "how to apply for a study permit". Any experiences or anything on this topic would still be appreciated, though. :D

I'll be attending UBC Vancouver in the Fall as a US Citizen and am wondering if it is possible to apply for a study permit at a port of entry/airport (this case being the Vancouver International Airport). I see it mentioned on UBC's website, yet I see nothing on the actual CIC site about it...
