    Do I have to be in the US in order to apply at the Buffalo office? Can one leave the US and still apply at Buffalo as long as one have been admitted legally for one year in the US?

    you must meet all criteria at the time you submit your application!

    Does it also mean that you have to meet all criteria AFTER your application is submitted? I'm thinking, in particular, of work experiences which start to age after submission of application which could potentially reduce your points if your newer work experiences do not count.

    Hello All, I was a landed Canadian PR in June 1996 but left Canada in October 1997 to work in the US (which meant I lost my PR status). I would like very much to go back to live and work in Canada now. What would be the best way to this? Currently, I score 75 on the self-assessment test...
