as a sponsored spouse, after I land and we get settled, how long (if at all) are we obligated to remain in, for example, Ontario. Say we wanted to move to Montreal.... Are there any restrictions? (I recall Quebec had slightly different paperwork than what we submitted for PR) thanks!

The Appendix A checklist for the immigrant being sponsored says to include photocopies of citizenship certificates for any family members who are Canadian citizens... On my Sponsored Spouse Questionnaire question 8, I listed a handful of distant relatives, all Great Aunts and Great Uncles. CIC...

When the sponsor lives outside Canada during the application process (sponsoring spouse), is the sponsor required to re-establish residency in advance of the PR being granted and the spouse landing? Or can they both arrive at the border simultaneously?

Question 3 on Appendix D of form 3910e asks which Visa office will process the file. I wrote Buffalo since this list: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp has only one entry under the Permanent Resident column for the United States. Was that the correct answer, even...

All 3910e says is "countries where you have lived for six months or longer". And the next page says "applicants may also be requested to provide State certificates". I read that as optional.
