Yeah she thought about saying she's between jobs (which isn't really a lie), but how big is the chance that she won't be let in if she says that? Yes I am very nervous! I guess the reason why I'm so scared is because I tried to enter the US to see her a couple of months ago and the border...

My girlfriend visited me for 2 weeks 3 weeks ago and she looked at her passport and there's no return date written, there's just a slash and a sqiggly line that may or may not be a number 3 next to expiration on the stamp and underneath the stamp is a letter v with a long line...

So even if she has a return ticket for 2 weeks later she might be allowed in 6 months? Just want to be sure.

Thank you so much for the answer! Does it take long to submit an extension to stay as a visitor? Could she submit it in less than 2 weeks (in case she couldn't stay for more than 2 weeks)? Sorry for all of the questions, I just really don't know a lot about that stuff...

@ QCSunshine: Thank you for the answer! But like I said, she doesn't have any kind of visa, so she's gonna say that she has 2 weeks off her job and she's gonna have a return ticket for 2 weeks later... Is it ok if she stays longer than 2 weeks? I mean, if we get married? Can she stay in Canada...
