No, i haven't applied yet, At the moment i'm putting together all the necesarry document.. i thought i was suppose to include my visa office specific supporting documents which include police certificate/clearance and results of my medicals... i dont know if i'm wrong...can someone pleas put me...

@hd2k, i already called the number of the doctor. the hospital is saying tht there is a document i have to get from the visa office in accra. something like a medical exam request form... i need information on how to get it... thnx
