I guess I just have to wait for that LOA to know where to submit the documents. That new rule sucks really but I've read that embassies still accept application until March of this new year. Thanks! and Happy New Year! :)

yes, dapat original nbi. what I did was i just scanned the document and sent the copy to my cousin. she'll print it na lang and since it's not included in the list of requirements, it shouldn't matter. But I'll be sending the original one through post in case they ask for it, andun na sya. wala...
