Hi again. My wife, the applicant, spoke to the DMP who did the her medical exam and he has confirmed that he sent them at the end of March 2011, shortly after her exam. Apparently, my wife is not the only one having issues. >:(

I have my wife/the applicant checking with the DMP, but in the meantime I forwarded all the copies to the the respective offices via fax and email. Do you think that suffices (the method of delivery of these copies)? Richard

Hey GoGoGO, Thanks for the info. Everything matches we were cautious on that end. I resent the photocopy to my MP via email, Case Specific Enquiry via email, also faxed it in to Buffalo, and to the CIC-Mississauga office as well all this morning. I hoping this does it.

Hey ddobro2, I just wanted to give you an update. on 10/06/2011 my wife, the applicant, received a letter waiving all additional documents and interview. They have now requested the Right to Permanent Residence Fee. So hopefully it wouldn't be too long. CanuckofChicago
