    I was a little confused because someone said me that I can't apply for two process together in CIC. This means I could go ahead and apply for the CEC process, that's right? Thanks!

    Hi guys, Does someone know if I can apply for a CEC when I have a work-permit process running? I would like to apply even though my work-permit process is not finished yet. Thanks for your help!
