Hello guys, i called CIC again today, they said my baby's certificate of citizenship has been forwarded to case specialist, which could take more than 18 month to process. which also means total processing time could be more than 2 years for my case. could anyone help me what I can do about it...

this is ridiculous? do you know if baby comes to Toronto and in the period of waiting for certificate of citizenship, will she be eligible for OHIP?
