Thanks Livin. So they already invited your hubby to Ghana eh? But we have already done medical + security clearance, prior to submitting the application. Any ideas what kind of questions they ask at that interview, btw? Hopefully, we'd get our invite before this month runs out.

Thanks for the insight. Seeing that it takes forever to get the spousal visa approved, would there be any wisdom in applying for a visito's visa in the interim, so my spouse can visit me while the application is on-going?

Thanks Charlie. Sounds like a conundrum: she wouldnt be issued a new passport simply because she got married. Regarding the medicals, I thought the Doc would send the report directly to CIC? Can the Docs now hand you the medical report for onward submission to CIC.
