Family Sponsorship Spouse I am sponsoring my Costa Rican husband who is still in Costa Rica. We have 2 daughters who are Canadian citizens ( born in San Jose Costa Rica). The girls are with me in Canada. Are the girls mentioned in the sponsorship agreement as Non Accompanying dependent children?
