No its not necessary to send black & white photo bcoz its out of date now. You should send a color photo (one of my friend was sent a color photo nd he is in Canada since last three months without any problem) and negative they need for your xray. They keep that negative on xray sheet nd that...

Hey sunny, Thats not true man.... there are still so many files in CAIPS, they are not moving them on GCMS, files of 29 Category and some later 38 Category files are on new GCMS system..... and both take the same time of 5-6 weeks... no time difference between them.....

They are counting Spouse and Dependents in their VISA target. They are not counting one VISA for one FILE, they are counting VISA as per no. of persons in the file. That's y we are waiting for VISA since long time.
