Someone told me today that I can't do my landing at the Pacific Central Station and that it can only be done at the Canadian Land Border or if I leave and come back by air. Is that true? Has anyone done their PR Landing at that station?

It did look like a photocopy, but I guess that's how it is. You should see a big logo on the paper behind the text.

Just wanted to update everyone that apparently it only took 2 weeks to receive my NPC + fingerprint check (Or maybe even lesser as I checked my mailbox on the weekend). Got my Visa and flying to Canada in couple of weeks! Thanks everyone for your answers and support. Cheers!
