can overstayed people can apply for immigration to canada from US
Hello, My H1 visa was not extended in US during 2002 .Bush's guest worker program was failed.Can I apply for canadian immigration from US by staying overstay here ? Do any one have some solution can you please help me ? venky- how are u ?
