Can I renter Canada with a Refugee Travel Document, and No PR?

Can I renter Canada with a Refugee Travel Document, and No PR?
Hello, I’d liked to travel outside Canada with my RTD. But I’m not sure if I can renenter Canada with my RTD and no PR. I have refugee status in Canada but yet no PR. PR has been stuck in security check for 2 years. thanks- Canucksfan123
