Ok so here i am again!! We are ready to file the sponsorship papers, and extend his current work permit. what are the exact fees i need to pay ?? I am sending his pr app, along with my sponship app and extension for his visa app, also does he need a medical and police check if he's already done...

so should i apply for am extension on his current permit in the meantime ?? He is just afraid he wont get the extension because he was only allowed to work for 1 employer which was specified on his work visa, but left half way thru to work for another , and never changed it with immigration. so...

inland -- and from what i was told first stage and approval on open work permit would only take 3-4 months then 11+ months for the actual application for pr ??

Can someone please answer this , im sponsoring my husband papers are ready to go, his current work permit is about to expire in october so we are applying for an open work permit , do i send it in with the application or seperate?

one more question, im trying to fill out an extension on his current work visa to attach with the sponsorship application.. it doesn;t have an option for you to put open work permit so what do i choose? none of the above really work for him

Every other Id has been changed and just waiting to receive new cards in the mail... I want to make sure i do this application right so its not refused. But we are married so shouldn't i be using my married name ? As far as the passport does that mean i cant use it to cross the border next weekend?
