They didn't specifically asked for pcc from bls. Just pcc. But as per my knowledge it should be from bls since we are in Canada. But since your agent mentioned otherway, I'm not sure. Maybe both should be fine.

Bls is the one thats needed I guess. So you got the offline one from india?
